POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose of Role

Perform a variety of specialized responsible and detailed administrative functions to support the Rooms Division including creating and maintaining reports records and files; coordinating with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations; and assisting with the divisions core processes and initiatives. Additionally lead the W Hotel Gift Shop operations by delivering exceptional customer service achieving sales goals managing vendor relations handling item transfers and new orders overseeing inventory control arranging visual merchandising processing contracts and developing new retail partnerships to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.

Cast Key Responsibilities

Providing support

to phone emails and in person enquiries.

good Trace/Tracking system to assist DOR and the Rooms team to follow up matters effectively and timely.
