What this job involves:
Develop and sustain a high quality well-motivated reception service
Implement regulated and well-trained greeting for visitors and clients
Prepare and issue badges do good registration and retrieve them at day-end
Responsible for new hire on board registration and related procedure
Receive all internal/external requests to reception with good etiquette
Timely forward the urgent repairs/maintenance work order to duty engineer for resolution
Try every means to improve service level of reception and concierge service
Attend mandatory training to improve knowledge / skills and practice in the real circumstance
Develop the necessary policies and procedures required for all functions within the scope of Reception
To act as a back-up to Team in case of emergency / requirement
Others
Assist in the preparation of Daily reports Weekly Report and Monthly Management Report
Participate in emergency evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity
Other potential ad-hoc work assigned by line manager or client
Interested An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Diploma or above with relevant experience
Good command of English and Chinese
