Job Summary

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalBilling Analystto manage the end-to-end billing process for hardware-enabled SaaS products within our STRATIS product line. This role will support cross-functional coordination between Sales Finance Product and Customer Success to ensure accurate timely and compliant invoicing and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

Manage billing processes for hardware-integrated SaaS solutions ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Reconcile hardware shipments with subscription activations to initiate appropriate billing triggers.
Collaborate with Sales Operations and Order Management to validate contract terms pricing and billing schedules.
Work with internal systems (e.g. Salesforce Epicore OMS and Oracle) to create and maintain customer billing profiles and billing events.
Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards in billing-related processes.
Perform monthly billing reconciliations and resolve discrepancies or customer disputes.
Support implementation and optimization of automated billing workflows for hardware/SaaS bundles.
Generate recurring reports and dashboards on billing metrics and outstanding receivables.
Assist with internal and external audits related to billing and revenue.
Partner with Product and Engineering to align billing data models with evolving product offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field.
24 years of billing revenue operations or related experience preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment.
Experience with subscription billing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Epicore OMS and Oracle) and ERP systems.
Understanding of hardware subscription models and mixed revenue streams.
Familiarity with ASC 606 and its implications for SaaS and hardware.
Strong Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools a plus.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and process improvement orientation.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in real estate technology or billing for IoT-connected devices.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and integrations with billing systems.
Experience managing billing exceptions proration credits and usage-based billing scenarios.
