Job Summary

Your Mission

As an AI Architect you will define scalable and resilient AI agent architectures while establishing reusable patterns components and frameworks to support consistent and efficient development.

What Youll Do

Design and implement scalable fault-tolerant agentic architectures.
Develop and maintain traceability monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for AI systems.
Implement guardrails and security measures to ensure safe and compliant AI usage.
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Evaluate the feasibility practicality and risks associated with AI architectures and workflows.

What Were Looking For

Deep understanding of agentic architectural patterns and their practical applications in technology and finance.
Proficiency in agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph or similar).
Hands-on expertise in Python with knowledge of both API-first development practices and traditional service-based architecture.
Experience with traceability monitoring and evaluation techniques.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and experience designing cloud-based AI solutions.
Understanding of AI governance principles and practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
Fluency in German and English
