DescriptionJob Summary:
- Provide first level support to the WTW Business Community
- Provide Expert knowledge of specific applications to the WTW Business community
- Documentation of key support processes.
- Participate in analysis and testing for new Application Services.
- Liaison and management of Suppliers for provision of support services.
- Manage communications to Business Stakeholders for eGlobal Applications support.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identifying recurring and high impacting incidents and provide proactive solutions to these problems.
- Provide technical assistance for major incidents and assist with identifying to root cause and future action plans.
- Collaborate with the application community to prioritise product enhancements customer changes and eGlobal Application faults.
- Provide Customer Support as dictated by the WTW Business Community demands and staffing levels.
- A core member of the Support Function responsible for high value delivering services to the Business Units.
- Liaison with Product Owner to ensure support services are in line with SLAs.
- Providing expert Application Support and Development knowledge to WTW Project Teams
- Ensure compliance with IT practices and procedures for those Applications you support.
- Provide support for interfaces incoming and outgoing from the application
- Co-ordinating with DBA & Platform team to implement changes in Production.
- Testing eGlobal Application at the time of upgradation and creating/updating SOPs for all Weekly/MonthlyTasks.
- Create Incidents raising change requests assigning task to DBA verify the changes after deployment and Informing requester.
- Good understanding of the IT organisation processes standards and Governance particularly support finance in reconciliation issues.
- Good understanding of the operations markets and processes of the BU support
Experience: 2 5 Years
Technical Skills: Oracle or SQL (Query writing) & MS-Access Service Now (Request/ Ticket handling) Excel
Good to have: Azure/ Copilot & Insurance domain
