Job Summary
A Salesforce Copado Release Team LeadWe are looking for a Salesforce Copado Release Team Lead to manage and coordinate deployments across Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills to ensure smooth efficient and reliable HighlightsLead and organize a release team assigning tasks based on bandwidth and Salesforce deployments using Copado and ensure timely error-free Git versioning and branching strategies (feature release hotfix).Collaborate with developers QA and business stakeholders to align deployment and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines environment management and risks validate deployments and implement rollback strategies when continuous improvement in release processes and team -on experience with Copado and Salesforce release knowledge of Git processes and repository organizational communication and leadership with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
