AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Finance & Restructuring Associate Attorney to join its Finance & Restructuring group in Dallas.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with three to five years of corporate finance experience at a large law firm. The role offers exposure to a broad range of complex finance transactions including senior and mezzanine debt asset-based lending cash flow and sponsor finance unitranche and junior capital transactions as well as related workout matters.
The Role
Represent lenders and borrowers in corporate finance transactions
Advise on senior and mezzanine debt asset-based lending and cash flow facilities
Handle sponsor finance unitranche and junior capital transactions
Assist with restructuring and workout matters
Work within a nationally recognized finance platform handling sophisticated transactions
Ideal Background
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
35 years of corporate finance transactional experience at a large law firm
Experience with senior and mezzanine debt asset-based lending and sponsor finance
Strong communication and writing skills
Top academic credentials
Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions
Admitted in Texas or eligible for admission
