This hands-on manager contributes directly to creating a strong synergy within the hotel team and uses the art of unreasonable hospitality to run smooth operations.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations in line with Germain Hotels culture and values.
- Motivate the team to exceed targets for guest satisfaction and financial results.
- Stimulate organizational growth.
- Support coach develop and manage team performance through formal and informal means.
- Be active in the community to increase awareness of the property and Germain Hotels.
WHAT YOULL BRING
- Diploma in hotel management or bachelors degree in management
- 5 to 10 years experience as a general or operations manager in a hotel - experience in food and beverage management as well as in luxury or boutique hotels
- Natural ability to coach inspire and mobilize teams
- Professionalism enthusiasm initiative and customer service skills
- Good analytical skills and ability to manage time and priorities
