Job Summary
Clinical Program Manager
Overview of the Position: ECOMPEX Inc. a premiere Government Contract (Gov-Con) service provider is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to provide supportive services for our government client.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and manage project schedules.
- Prepare the contract Program Management Plan and weekly performance reports.
- Establish and maintain standards to ensure consistency across all programs.
- Apply principles of high reliability and healthcare improvement to support readiness within the military health system.
- Review program activities and provide reports to strengthen operations reduce risks and improve processes.
- Lead weekly meetings with key stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be able to pass a Tier (T1/T2) clearance/background investigation.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a strong background in healthcare.
- Must have a bachelors degree in health services management or business management.
- 5 years experience in project and program management or clinical quality management.
- Experience managing large teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- Corporate HQ or large medical system experienced.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Primary work location: On-site / Falls Church VA
Travel Expectations: Not required
