Were hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage high-volume calls and emails coordinate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) and serve as a key liaison between clients attorneys and claimants.
What Youll Do:
- Schedule and coordinate IMEs
- Communicate with clients and claimants
- Manage medical records via WCB portal
- Coordinate translation & transportation services
- Resolve inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
What Were Looking For:
- Strong multitasking & time management skills
- Professional phone presence
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook
