Job Summary
Were seeking a creative hands-on Senior Designer to drive design strategy across Amazon Lives customer experience touchpoints in ASVH and federated experiences. Youll establish the vision and strategy to transform our Live commerce experience while creating cohesive innovative designs that span multiple pages and customer journeys. We set the bar highwere looking for a designer who creates UX designs that arent just functional but innovative and delightful pushing well beyond the status this role youll forge strong partnerships with Design Leaders Product teams and Engineering counterparts to launch exceptional experiences that delight customers worldwide. Key job responsibilities
Customer-Centric Design & Strategy - Analyze customer problems across multiple touchpoints and design delightful solutions with measurable impact that create cohesive experiences across and other store pages.
Develop and execute design strategy that unifies customer journeys across Amazon Lives diverse experience portfolio.
Apply deep customer empathy to understand shopper needs and translate insights into innovative design solutions.
Design Execution & Innovation - Work closely with product and business teams to develop use cases and high-level requirements for cross-page experiences.
Create comprehensive design artifacts including user flows wireframes visual mocks and prototypes to communicate strategic design vision.
Develop and maintain detailed user-interface and interaction specifications that ensure consistency across multiple customer touchpoints.
Relentlessly simplify and distill complex multi-page workflows into intuitive and elegant UI.
Leadership & Collaboration - Be a strong design advocate across the entire Amazon Live team and a bar raiser for quality of customer experience
Independently present work socialize ideas and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple product areas.
Drive creative vision that raises the bar and delivers innovative solutions across the customer journey
Impact & Measurement - Measure the success and effectiveness of UX innovations across experiences.
Use data and customer feedback to iterate and improve designs that span multiple pages and touchpoints.
About the team
Amazon Shopping Videos (ASV) is a growing business within the Amazon Advertising IMDb and Grand Challenge (AIGC) business unit. Specifically Amazon Live team designs builds and operates both owned and operated destination experiences (e.g. Shop The Show) as well as federated experiences across the addition AL sources shoppable Live and VOD content from brands and influencers to populate both types of experiences. We are a dynamic startup-like initiative within Amazon aiming to reinvent the way customers use video to shop.
- 8 years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma Adobe Creative Cloud or similar
- Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows
- Experience acquiring user data (e.g. conducting usability studies performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
