Director of Food and Beverage
As the Director of Food and Beverage you will lead all F&B operations ensuring exceptional service quality and profitability across restaurants bars and banquets. Youll oversee staffing budgeting and guest satisfaction while driving innovation and efficiency. This leadership role requires a strong hospitality background attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be the visionary leader of our hotels dining experiences overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations.
- Your daily tasks will include managing food and beverage staff developing innovative menus and offerings and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
- You will report to the General Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.
- A career as a director of food and beverage can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry such as regional food and beverage director general manager or even corporate-level positions.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
- A college degree or two years of hotel experience
- Previous experience in this exact position (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar or related position (required)

- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
