Position Purpose: The EMEA Events programme is a critical component of StoneX Group Inc.s overall branding and marketing strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager EMEA Events & Marketing the Events & Tradeshows Specialist is responsible for planning coordinating and executing StoneXs participation in external industry events conferences and tradeshows across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include:

  • Brief into the wider-marketing team promotional plans and timelines to activate both thirdparty and company-hosted events across EMEA.
  • Oversee the building and testing of CVENT registration or eventrelated pages when required for thirdparty and company hosted event participation.
  • Building emails and email journeys in Click Dynamics for third-party events and company-hosted events when there is a need.

Lead Management & Reporting

  • Manage pre and postevent communication strategies to maximize engagement nurture leads and support ROI measurement.
  • Complete budgets and post-event reporting with brokers for all third-party events.

Branding & Compliance

  • Work with internal and external teams to develop and maintain event branding for events ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Manage internal review processes for all event marketing deliverables ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Oversee final proofing and compliance approval for all event assets.
  • Ensure strict adherence to corporate branding standards across all external event touchpoints.

Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate the launch of promotional activities supporting events across channels including:
    • Social media
    • Email marketing
    • Website content
  • Collaborate with vendors to fulfil marketing and eventrelated needs.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all agreed processes and workflows related to events are followed within the EMEA events function.
  • Support onsite event delivery for larger third-party events and when there is a business need.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in event planning
  • Experience with WebEx
  • Experience with On24
  • Experience with Dynamics
  • Experience with Cvent
  • Knowledge of financial services
