Job Summary

Qualifications:

High school diploma
Current Missouri Substitute Certification
Previous teaching experience or equivalent in urban settings preferred

Dates of Summer Learning include:

Staff PD and Workdays on June 5th-June 8th 2026 (Substitute attendance on these days will be determined by the Administrator)
Student learning from June 9th-July 2nd 2026
Contract Time Mon-Thurs 7:45am-12:15pm
NO FRIDAYS & No School June 19th (Juneteenth observed)
Staff are paid for days worked/hourly; no pay for days not worked
Prior to June 5th each site will have staff meetings and collaborative planning time for up to an additional 6 hours of pay to be determined by the Administrative Intern
Positions contingent upon enrollment

Compensation:

The School District of University City offers a competitive salary of $84/day forCampUSubstitutes

Pay Dates:

Days worked June 5th-June 18th will be paid on June 26th
Days worked June 22nd-July 2nd will be paid on July 10th
