CNA / ED Tech Emergency Department (Per Diem Nights)
Chicago IL

We are currently seeking an experienced CNA/ED Tech to work per diem night shifts in a fast-paced Emergency Department in Chicago. This is a great opportunity for candidates who have prior ED experience and are looking for flexible scheduling with competitive hourly pay.

Position Details:

Pay: $25 per hour
Shift: Nights
Schedule: Per diem / as needed
Setting: Hospital Emergency Department

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the RN
Obtain and document vital signs
Assist with EKGs phlebotomy and specimen collection
Support trauma and critical care patients as needed
Assist with patient transport and room turnover
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Follow all hospital policies and safety protocols

Requirements:

Active CNA certification required
Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Department experience
Strong clinical and multitasking skills
Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-acuity situations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
