Position Summary:
Argus Home Health Care seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate in-home care. We offer flexible scheduling based on your availability with a commitment to set weekly hours. Our team values positive energetic client-focused professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities.
- Provide meal prep feeding bathing oral hygiene dressing and grooming.
- Support mobility using canes crutches walkers wheelchairs and Hoyer lifts.
- Respond to client needs with a cooperative attitude.
- Communicate with primary caregivers on care plans.
- Meet productivity goals and document visits per agency standards.
- Maintain contact with the scheduler regarding caseload.
- Participate in professional development to enhance skills.
- Use a provided tablet for charts mileage and route mapping.
Qualifications :
Position Qualifications:
- Current CNA License (required upon start date)
- Valid Drivers License & clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- One year experience in home health preferred
