Gurley Leep is a family-owned company with 23 locations across five states and continues to expand. We are looking for our next part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Smart Honda of Des Moines!
Our Customer Service Representative is responsible for all inbound dealership calls engaging in online/phone dialogues answering basic questions as well as setting appointments for our Service team. This position requires excellent communication skills via phone email text and writing skills which include both grammar and spelling.
Job duties include:
Scheduling service appointments
Following a proven customer service process that will get both you and the customer positive results
Determining each customers vehicle needs by asking questions
Shuttle coordination
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Customer service experience a plus but would consider training the right candidate
Highly proficient computer skills
Demonstrated experience with navigating internet channels
Quick response time
Excellent written skills (grammar and spelling)
