The Business Analyst role provides an important interlock between the wider business and IT from initiation of ideas contributing to the development of business cases to support development of project into project initiation.
From approval of business cases the Business Analyst will be expecting to work closely with key stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear technical requirements through to the production and execution of test scripts and support during implementation.
Producing clear documentation for project delivery and transition into BAU test scripts and training materials. The role also ensures that all IT technical / architectural mapping is kept contemporary following change.
