Werkstudentin Working Student IT Compliance & Service Continuity (no internship)

Your Work Environment

Are you currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Cyber Security IT Management or a comparable field Would you like to apply your knowledge in practice and are looking for an exciting environment Then we should get to know each other!

As a working student in IT Compliance & Service Continuity you will support our IT team which ensures the security stability and availability of our IT systems. Together we work on developing robust forwardlooking and compliant solutions so that as a hightech company we can reliably carry out our work in the semiconductor industry.

At our location in Berlin our employees manufacture key components for ASMLs lithography systems. Through your work in the IT Compliance & Service Continuity environment you will actively contribute to strengthening the operational capability resilience and regulatory compliance of our critical processes.

Your Tasks

As a working student in IT Compliance & Service Continuity you will:

• take on technical and organizational tasks that support the security resilience and availability of our IT systems.

• review interpret and evaluate guidelines standards and legal requirements with regard to their technical feasibility.

• coordinate compliance measures with specialist departments and support their implementation.

• create process flows and documentation to comply with ITrelated requirements set by the EU Commission.

• support incident management and assist in assessing security incidents and operational disruptions.

• develop policies protocols and reports to ensure clear and complete documentation.

• collaborate with global IT colleagues to implement international requirements at the local level.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• You are studying Computer Science Cyber Security IT Management or a comparable field.

• You have an understanding of or interest in topics at the interface of IT security and compliance.

• You have initial experience with operating systems networks protocols or IT administration.

• You work proactively enjoy exploring new topics and actively contribute to solutions.

• You are interested in compliance including reading understanding and implementing regulations standards and legal requirements.

• You work in a structured manner and enjoy taking practical responsibility.

• You are a team player enjoy connecting with others and have good German and English skills.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich ITCompliance & Service Continuity wirst du:

• technische und organisatorische Aufgaben übernehmen die Sicherheit Resilienz und Verfügbarkeit unserer ITSysteme unterstützen.

• Vorgaben Normen und gesetzliche Anforderungen prüfen interpretieren und hinsichtlich ihrer technischen Umsetzbarkeit bewerten.

• ComplianceMaßnahmen mit Fachbereichen abstimmen und bei deren Umsetzung unterstützen.

• Prozessabläufe und Dokumentationen erstellen um IT-relevante Vorgaben der EUKommission umzusetzen.

• das Incident Management begleiten und bei der Bewertung von Sicherheits- und Störungsvorfällen unterstützen.

• Richtlinien Protokolle und Berichte erstellen um eine klare und vollständige Dokumentation sicherzustellen.

• mit globalen ITKolleg:innen zusammenarbeiten um internationale Vorgaben lokal einzuführen.

Deine Qualifikation und Kompetenzen

• Du studierst Informatik Cyber Security ITManagement Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.

• Du hast Verständnis oder Interesse für Themen an der Schnittstelle von ITSicherheit und Compliance.

• Du bringst erste Erfahrungen mit Betriebssystemen Netzwerken Protokollen oder ITAdministration mit.

• Du bist eigeninitiativ arbeitest dich gerne in neue Themen ein und wirkst aktiv mit.

• Du hast Interesse an Compliance inklusive dem Lesen Verstehen und Umsetzen von Vorschriften Standards und gesetzlichen Anforderungen.

• Du arbeitest strukturiert und übernimmst gerne praktische Verantwortung.

• Du bist teamorientiert knüpfst gern Kontakte und verfügst über gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse.
