Job Summary
- Data Analysis: Preparation and analysis of operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Reporting & Automation: Creation of performance reports and support in process automation
- Handling operational topics as well as communication with our international service providers
- Support in quality management
- Administrative management of system access for external employees
Qualifications :
- Ongoing studies for example in Business Administration Economics or a comparable degree program
- First practical experience in a customer-oriented company or in customer service is desirable
- Strong numerical understanding analytical mindset and IT affinity
- Enjoyment of teamwork and detailed analyses
- High motivation combined with a fast and accurate working style
- Good MS Office skills (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Resilience and ability to work in a team
