Role Definition

Supports the execution and adoption of marketing technologies and processes in support of Cat OnPoint Marketing the OnPoint context this role provides dedicated execution capacity operating under defined requirements and prioritization to support dealer onboarding journey configuration and routine marketing technology coordination.

What you will do:

Execute defined dealer onboarding and journey configuration tasks for OnPoint

Support the creation and maintenance of requirements documentation under direction from senior consultants

Coordinate routine updates and follow-ups with Cat Digital delivery teams to support timely execution

Resolve standard repeatable platform and journey questions using established guidance and patterns

Support issue tracking documentation and follow-through to maintain delivery velocity

Apply regional marketing audience and compliance knowledge to ensure execution aligns with dealer and market needs

What you will have:

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.

Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.

Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of big picture thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.

Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors service providers contractors consultants and suppliers).

Digital Marketing: Knowledge of processes techniques and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs.

Basic requirements:

-Bachelors degree

- Pre-Advanced English

-Intermediate Spanish

Top Candidates will also have:

Working knowledge of marketing technology platforms and digital marketing processes
Familiarity with regional marketing considerations segmentation and compliance principles

Additionalinformation:

-Travel expectation is50%.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
