OTR Finance Analyst role focuses on data analytics and reporting with Finance data primarily available in BusinessObjects (BO).Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide first-level functional support on BusinessObjects (Keops) for Finance users
- Act as an interface with IT teams for BO-related issues and enhancements (second-level support)
- Create maintain and enhance financial and operational reports in BusinessObjects
- Support the development of dashboards and reports in Power BI (rollout phase)
- Perform data analysis consistency checks reconciliations and ad-hoc finance analyses
- Document standard reports recurring issues and user guideline
Key deliverables
- Accurate and timely BO-based reports supporting OTR Finance activities
- Effective first-level resolution of BusinessObjects user issues
- Well-structured analytical views and dashboards (BO / Power BI)
- Clear escalation files and follow-up with IT teams
- Improved usability reliability and understanding of finance data
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in finance reporting controlling
- Strong interest and hands-on aptitude for data analytics
- Experience or exposure to BusinessObjects and SAP
- Prior exposure to Power BI would be a plus
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into meaningful insights
- Good communication skills in English
- Junior profile aligned with a support and analytics-oriented role
