Job Summary

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the NPD roadmap align R&D efforts with company growth goals and manage the NPD budget resources and timelines.
Motor Design & Development: Oversee the technical design of DC motors permanent magnet motors (PMDC) and Brushless DC (BLDC) motors.
End-to-End NPD Process: Manage the NPD lifecycle including feasibility studies design prototyping pilot lot submission and transitioning to mass production.
Technical Validation: Drive design verification and validation (DVP) through advanced simulation tools (FEA CAD CATIA) and testing methods.
Cross-Functional Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering Quality Procurement Manufacturing) to ensure project deliverables cost quality and delivery (QCD) targets are met.
Quality & Compliance: Implement DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) PFMEA APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and ensure compliance with ISO/customer standards.
