IT Procurement

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management: Source evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors negotiating service level agreements (SLAs) pricing and contract terms.
Procurement Operations: Lead the RFx process (Request for Proposal/Quote) process purchase orders and monitor order fulfillment for hardware and software.
Cost Control & Strategy: Analyze spending identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure purchases align with budgetary constraints

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management IT or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in procurement specifically in IT hardware software and cloud services.
Skills: Strong negotiation analytical and communication skills; proficiency with ERP systems and contract management software.
