Job Summary

General requirements:

Strong at execution:Ability to take high-level guidance from leaders/SMEs and break these down into clearly written epics/user stories for the teams to plan and execute upon Ability to prioritize scope and features with design and tech to ensure high quality on-time deliveryAbility to effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders Detail oriented hard worker can work independently proactive to ask for help or questionAt least 5 years of product management experience Prior experience using AI tools for daily tasks and/or building new products that leverage AI Must be willing to work at least 4 hours per day in US CT timezone Can onboard and begin no later than April 1 2026 and ideally can commit to continuing through end of Q2 2027

1. API Platform focus PM

Strong experience in APIsData integration experience specifically in ingestion/transformation across multiple formats (files/APIs) in particular integrating with HRIS and Payroll vendors. Integrations with anything in the health & benefits industry also preferred (e.g. health insurance / carriers)Experience in API and webhooks. Strong preference for experience with MCPsAt least 5 years of product management experience

2. Content Management focus PM

Generalist product manager who has experience across: Collaborating with design teams to define and iterate on best-in-class user experiences Working closely with technical teams to execute deliver and release new products/features Identify and communicate updates opportunities risks dependencies to cross-functional stakeholders Experience designing or overhauling a centralized CMS that manages complex document lifecycles (e.g. versioning metadata tagging and multi-persona access) for thousands of technical documents like implementation guides EDI specs or regulatory building automated fulfillment engines that bridge the gap between digital data and physical/legal outputs (e.g. system-generated confirmation statements or tax documents) ensuring 100% accuracy in high-compliance multi-language designing and building self-service features that significantly reduced call center calls and/or support tickets by surfacing the right content to the right user at the right time.

3. Employer Onboarding workflow PM

Generalist product manager who has experience across: Collaborating with design teams to define and iterate on best-in-class user experiences Working closely with technical teams to execute deliver and release new products/features Identify and communicate updates opportunities risks dependencies to cross-functional stakeholders Experience working on administrative/employer/provider web portals Experience on designing and building administrative/employer/provider workflows focused on automation improving operational efficiencies reducing manual intervention reducing data and manual errors and saving time Prior experience in the healthcare (e.g. health insurance) and/or benefits industry
