Job Description

Manage the Demand Planning Consensus process for the businesses
Generate SKU level forecasts to meet the guidance provided by sales marketing and finance
Lead and coordinate the monthly Demand Consensus (monthly through to long range demand planning) for the Business by actively engaging the Marketing and GTM as key participants in the process.
Scenario planning & Promotional uplift modeling and cannibalization analysis

Focus on process improvements of Demand planning system

Specific Knowledge / Technical Skills / Experiences

Demand Planning & Statistical Skills - forecasting using Python

Causal modeling and regression analysis Hypothesis testing

Forecast accuracy measurement (MAPE WAPE Bias RMSE)

Advanced Excel & Analytics

Power Query & Power Pivot & Power BI

Visual Basic / Automation

VBA macros for: VBA automation for planning workflows

Familiarity with an SAP APO systems and common software applications

Minimum of 3 years demand Planning or Data management experience required.

Good communication skill in English
