We are hiring for the Costing Analyst role

Location- Kochi

Work form office

Job Description: -
Core Functions:-
- Product-wise costing & Margin working
- Preparation and finalisation of Cost Audit
- Discussion with production-in-charges and follow-up on monthly variances
- Review of standard quantities vs actual vs. SAP BOM
Ancillary works: -
- Monthly quantitative statement (production sales etc.) preparation
- DMC (Direct Manufacturing Cost) working Unit-wise product-wise
- Maintenance cost review monthly
- Review of tools cost / ETP costs / rework / rejections / drum usage / packing charges / freight
charges & recovery / steam cost etc.
- OH & processing charges rate updating in SAP
- Sales order-wise profitability working and review
- Half yearly segment-wise unit-wise profitability working
- Quarterly review of OH recovery and direct production OH recovery
- Review of process orders with stream managers on monthly basis and fine tuning the
consumption entries
