Job Summary

5 years HR/Peopleops experience preferably in a shared services role.
Good knowledge of labor laws human resources processes and best practices in the customer experience domain.
Experience in fast growth culture - comfort with ambiguity and non-stop problem solving building and action.
Extremely detail-oriented.
A bias towards process improvement - you love finding ways to make processes more efficient and streamlined.
Impeccable judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
Experience with Google Suite Slack Greenhouse Jira is a strong plus.
