The company focuses on delivering HR recruitment workforce management and operational automation solutions for clients in domestic and international markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The selected candidate will work closely with stakeholders clients developers and product teams to gather requirements define workflows and ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills problem-solving abilities and experience in understanding client business processes and translating them into functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and user stories.
• Create workflow diagrams process maps and functional specifications for development teams.
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Work closely with QA teams to validate delivered solutions against documented requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend efficient business solutions.
• Participate in project planning sprint discussions and product enhancement meetings.
• Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation and project records in an organized manner.

Required Skills

Must Have

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services software development or SaaS-based companies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to document clear and detailed business and functional requirements.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira Trello Confluence or similar project management platforms.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

• Experience in HRMS ATS ERP recruitment or workforce management platforms.
• Familiarity with wireframing or prototyping tools.
• Experience working with international clients or offshore projects.
• Basic understanding of databases APIs or technical workflows.
