Sr. Cyber Info Assurance Analyst to lead anddrive special projects and programmatic initiatives aimed at enhancing the organizations cybersecurity posture.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership cross-functional teams and external stakeholders todeliver strategic solutions optimize processes and ensure robust security measures and compliance requirementsare in place to protect the organizations digital assets.

The role of the Project Manager is to ensure the projects deliver the defined scope of deliverables and changeinitiatives within the constraints of budget schedule and quality.

This is achieved through effective organization andleadership planning and control budget management resource management risk management and issueresolution change management and quality management.

2 A DAY IN LIFEKey ResponsibilitiesProject management and coordination of Cybersecurity initiatives:
Drive the management of cybersecurity projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals andobjectives.
Assist in defining project scope estimates and resource plans for smaller to medium-sized initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and quality deliverables.
Contribute to project tracking and reporting ensuring alignment with scope schedule and budgetexpectations.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for the M&A function to evaluate compliance with regulatoryrequirements cybersecurity standards and internal risk effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Ensure adherence to Medtronics quality system procedures and compliance standards.
Monitor project risks and issues escalating as necessary for resolution.
Follow Medtronics project management methodology and standard operating procedures.
Security Risk Management Governance and Collaboration:Facilitate the harmonization of compliance programs risk management processes and governancestructures post-mergerSupport the alignment of security initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security awareness and practices.
Assist in remediation efforts identified through risk assessments to mitigate cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement GRC integration plans for acquired entities(M&A) ensuring alignment withMedtronics policies standards and cultureContribute to compliance activities with standards such as NIST and ISO 27001.
Support audits and assessments to ensure adherence to security frameworks.

Experience with GRC frameworks and regulatory standardsAssist in preparing reports on security risks and compliance for management review
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications) 3 Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Computer Science or related field.
7 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM CISA GICSP PMP CRISC) preferred.

Experience:Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives or projects.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and industry standards (e.g. NIST ISO 27001 GDPR).
Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to engage technical and to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Technical Knowledge:Knowledge of security technologies and tools (e.g. Firewalls IDS/IPS SIEM).
Understanding of IT infrastructure networks and cloud environments.
