Lead Management Executive to manage incoming business leads and support sales operations in the semiconductor distribution business.This role is ideal forearly-career professionals who have strong analytical ability excellent soft skills and a proactive aggressive mindset toward managing opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage incoming leads from website campaigns email and marketing activities
- Filter and qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales teams
- Maintain and track lead databases using Excel and CRM tools
- Create and manage customer accounts in internal systems
- Support project registration activities with suppliers/principals
- Track lead status and prepare periodic reports
- Coordinate with internal sales/FAE teams to ensure timely follow-up
Required Skills:- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong Excel skills (data filtering pivot tables reporting)
- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently
- Proactive and aggressive mindset toward managing and closing opportunities
Qualification:- Bachelors degree (Business / Engineering / Marketing preferred)
- 02 years experience (Freshers welcome)
