We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our retail team as Retail Sales Trainees. The role involves assisting customers supporting sales activities and ensuring a smooth in-store experience while learning retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Follow the complete sales process as guided by the store/team leader
- Assist in achieving daily sales and conversion targets
- Support in improving store KPIs such as:
- Overall sales performance
- Accessory sales
- Profit contribution
- Overall sales performance
- Help customers in selecting products based on their needs
Customer Service:
- Greet and attend to customers in a polite and timely manner
- Ensure proper handling of customer queries and concerns
- Support in resolving customer complaints within defined timelines (SLA/TAT)
- Follow up on customer issues with internal teams when required
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction metrics like:
- Customer feedback (VOC)
- Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Mystery audit scores
- Customer feedback (VOC)
Learning & Development:
- Learn about products offers and store processes regularly
- Attend training sessions as assigned
- Stay updated on new product launches and promotions
- Develop communication and sales skills
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
