ImÅsa Boffardi Head of Business Intelligence and I am searching for an Information Architect to join us at Telia Sweden B2B.
In this role you willbea key interface betweenthe businessand IT. The role focuses on defining and governing businesslevel information used across analytics reporting AI and decisionmaking and driving adoption of the information model across processes channels and solutions. It is not a technical IT Architect role and does not involve system design or implementation.
Whatyoulldo:
- Create a structured information model and terminology that ensures one shared truth across the B2B organization.
- Createinformation transparency and enable data driven decision making.
- Consultwith stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure alignmentand prioritizationacrosscustomer expectationsbusiness needsandoperational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to support implementation and integration.
What will help you thrive in this role:
You have strong business acumen and can create clarity in complex ambiguous environments. You are a pragmatic problem-solver comfortable taking ownership challenging existing practices constructively and balancing longterm data integrity with shortterm business needs. You are a strong communicator with a drive to standardize simplify and drive change.
- Prior experience working as an Information Architect.
- Prior experience in information modelling from a business perspective.
- Ability to translate business needs into requirements on IT architecture and solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (both verbal and written).
- Experience from complex B2B environments involving CRM analytics or performance reporting (advantage).
- Experience defining and aligning shared one truth data models across teams (advantage).
