职位职责
- 熟悉与仓库操作相关的各项流程配合主管修改流程中的缺陷
- 独立完成日常班组人员管理工作
- 事中跟进在任务进行中发现问题后提供解决办法
- 做好5S工作以保持工作场所整洁有序
- 不断加强质量安全意识提升工作技能提高工作效率
- 协调内部沟通渠道与协作各方充分交流改善工作氛围
- 对工作过程中发生的异常情况及时向上级报告
- 紧急情况时能够操作叉车进行货物的装卸存储
- 完成上级安排的其它工作
职位要求
- 中专及以上学历持有叉车证熟练驾驶前移式叉车&前移式叉车
- 至少4年以上的仓库工作经验
- 带5-10人团队3年以上
- 仓库的各个区域的工作经验
- 熟练操作Excel Word PPT Outlook Teams
- 熟练掌握5Why鱼骨图A3报告柏拉图
