We are excited to share an opportunity for a Senior Project Safety Partner to join the Water Group and play a pivotal role in shaping safe highperforming project delivery across our construction portfolio.

About the Role

In this role you will provide strategic WHS leadership and specialist advice to ensure our construction projects meet all safety frameworks policies and legislative requirements. Youll partner closely with Project Leads and Industry Partners conduct assurance activities support incident investigations and promote bestpractice WHS standards across the organisation.

About You

You bring strong WHS expertise sound judgement and the ability to influence stakeholders with diverse priorities. Youre skilled in risk management incident investigation and contractor engagement with a passion for building a highperformance safety culture. Your proactive approach and ability to stay across emerging WHS practices will help drive continuous improvement across our projects.

This role primarily supports northern project teams with preference for applicants to be based in north/west NSW.

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety or related discipline and/or relevant experience
  • Valid drivers license
