Whats the role
Youll join us as a full time Senior Relationship Manager based in Bundaberg supporting a diversified commercial portfolio across the region. Youll build strong meaningful relationships with customers while helping them grow through smart sustainable lending solutions.
Youll work closely with product specialists and internal partners bringing the right expertise to customers when they need it. Youll spend your time getting to know businesses understanding their ambitions and structuring cashflow based lending solutions that help them thrive. Youll also have the opportunity to acquire new to bank customers and extend your presence across the local business community. Its a role filled with variety connection and the freedom to make a genuine impact every day.
What do I need
Experience managing commercial customer relationships
Knowledge of commercial lending including cashflow lending and credit analysis
Ability to structure lending solutions that support customer needs
Confidence engaging new to bank customers and building referral networks
A collaborative approach and the desire to partner with specialists across the bank
