International Business Manager

• Business Banking Trade and Invoice Finance

Whats the role

In this role you will be responsible for supporting growth in the Trade and Invoice Finance space. Youll work with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities develop suitable solutions and help bring on new clients.

Were looking for someone with a solid understanding of working capital solutions who is confident building relationships and delivering value to customers. Whether you come from a BDM background or are a banker with exposure to trade finance we encourage you to apply.

What do I need

• Deep technical expertise in Trade and Invoice Finance including complex structures such as Borrowing Base facilities Letters of Credit SBLCs and documentary collections.
• Strong commercial and business development capability with a proven ability to originate structure and tailor solutions to meet diverse client needs.
• Solid credit and risk assessment skills including understanding collateral working capital cycles and corporate/commercial client risk profiles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate clearly build trust and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Analytical and proactive mindset using data to inform strategy and demonstrating energy initiative and a genuine passion for supporting business growth.
