About The Opportunity

The Customer and Guide Experience Executive supports the recruitment outreach onboarding and development of Discovas freelance and full-time guides helping cultivate them as passionate ambassadors of travel experiences. The role works closely with in-destination Operations teams and key stakeholders to implement guide experience initiatives while driving engagement learning and professional development for guides. Additionally the position supports the end-to-end journey of Discovas travelers by addressing customer queries resolving service quality issues and collaborating with guide operations and product teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and service quality.

About You

The Essentials:

  • Degree in tourism and hospitality is an advantage.
  • Experience in tour guiding or tour operation is an must.
  • Fluent in local national language and intermediate to advanced level in spoken and written English
