U.P. State Credit Union is seeking adedicated and highly skilled Head Member Service Representativeto lead and support our member service team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily branch operationsincluding account openings and closures deposits and withdrawals account maintenance and resolving member inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
As theleader on the front line the Head Member Service Representative plays a critical role in fostering teamwork modeling exceptional service standards and ensuring efficient compliant operations. We are looking for someone who demonstrates confidence in guiding a team a commitment to developing staff and the ability to maintain a positive servicedriven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong handson leadership to the teller and member service team
- Maintain accuracy and accountability in all daily branch operations
- Support staff through coaching training and performance guidance
- Assist members with account questions transactions and product information
- Promote a culture of professionalism service excellence and teamwork
- Identify and resolve operational or member issues with sound problemsolving
