Job Summary
KingsClean is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Operations to help lead and grow our custodial operations. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships supporting staff performance and ensuring company standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Support and oversee daily custodial operations
- Supervise train and develop staff
- Ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Assist with business development and performance monitoring
- Maintain operational and financial standards
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $60000 per year
- Health & Dental Insurance
- Company Cell Phone Provided
- Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per year
- Sick Leave: 3 days per year

Requirements
- Experience in custodial supervision and/or management
- Reliable transportation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (preferred not required)
- Experience with floor care equipment
- Experience training and developing staff
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
