Director of Rehab Home Health

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Location: Bethesda Home Health - St Louis MO

Pay: state range up to $110000 per year (based on experience/location)

GENERAL PURPOSE

Responsible for the overall clinical quality integrity service excellence and financial viability of rehabilitation programs within designated geography to ensure customer and company expectations are met. Plans develops implements and monitors appropriate provision documentation billing of clinical services and customer relations. With support of the National Director identifies and implements growth opportunities. Evaluates effectiveness of employees and ongoing programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate from Physical Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant or Speech-Language Pathology program
• Must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Therapist license strongly preferred
• Minimum one (1) year experience in the Home Health setting as treating therapist or therapy assistant minimum three (3) years experience preferred
• Minimum one (1) year therapy management experience
• Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months
• Experience completing and training completion of OASIS (preferred)
• Ability to travel occasionally with overnight stays
