FUNCTION:Provide administrative support services necessary for the smooth operation of the school organization. REPORTS TO:School Principal or Administrator(s) to whom he/she is QUALIFICATIONS: in typing and general clerical ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees supervisors and the general to make decisions on the basis of precedents and office experience (preferably in school administration). School Diploma (or equivalent)TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:1. This is a 260-day (12-month) position. Salary benefits and hours of work are in accordance with the contract in AND DUTIES: administrative and clerical duties as type and process correspondence reports notices and recommendations as and organize pertinent data and reports as a regular filing system and maintain pertinent school and receive telephone calls record all receptionist and maintain a schedule of appointments conferences and and maintain supplies as monies and maintain accounts where main office (high school). for substitute teachers and class coverages (high school) and for substitute custodians (central office) Attendance Clerk as needed/necessary (high school). with Extended School Year (ESY) responsibilities (central office). with Kindergarten registration responsibilities (central office). administration in special projects/awards ceremonies as needed/ all related tasks as assigned by the School Principal/Administrator(s).
