MEP Project Manager Oglesby IL (Onsite Only)
Seeking an experienced MEP PM (commercial plumbing/HVAC focus) for Oglesby IL. Not remote - must commute.
Responsible for overall project success including administration scheduling communication and full ownership of scope cost time and quality. Defines objectives requirements budgets schedules deliverables and manages constraints.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish baselines; break down work into manageable components.

Identify resources; coordinate teams; manage cost schedule quality and deliverables.

Monitor status identify risks implement mitigation.
-
Manage scope/change control; escalate technical schedule and budget issues.
-
Interface with stakeholders on scope cost schedule and technical changes.
-
Review RFPs; develop technical solutions schedules and pricing.
-
Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
-
Improve PM processes methodologies tools and best practices.
Qualifications:
-
PMP (or obtain within 12 months).
-
Bachelors in Business Engineering or related field.
-
3 5 years PM experience (industrial installation preferred).
-
Experience with budgeting planning PM software finance/accounting practices.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate complex details (WBS milestones critical paths).
-
Strong leadership teamwork mentoring and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office & MS Project.

Experience across architecture development integration and deployment phases.
