Job Title: Full Stack AI Engineer
Location: Hybrid (Chicago 3 days onsite)
Salary Range: $150000 $% bonus

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to design build and deploy production-grade LLM applications including RAG-powered assistants agent workflows and internal AI tools with strong user experience. This role involves end-to-end ownership across frontend (React/TypeScript) backend APIs (Python/FastAPI) and LLM orchestration on AWS.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional business and technical teams to turn real-world investment and operational needs into scalable secure and reliable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and ship production LLM applications and agent-based workflows
Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines and vector search solutions
Develop frontend components to improve usability and workflow design
Integrate LLMs using AWS services including model orchestration and evaluation
Ensure secure scalable and well-observed systems in a cloud environment

Required Skills:

Experience with React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI
Proven experience shipping LLM-powered applications to production
Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines vector databases and agentic workflows
Strong SQL and cloud experience (AWS preferred)

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical or quantitative field
3 6 years of experience in software full stack or AI engineering
Experience in financial services is a plus but not required
