Job Summary
Were looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Marketing Web Engineering team owning and evolving and related digital properties.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering marketing and design where performance scalability and user experience directly impact pipeline generation and brand perception. Youll play a key role in building fast accessible and SEO-optimized web experiences using modern technologies like React and GraphQL.
What Youll Do
- Partner with Engineering Marketing and Design to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Build and maintain high-performance web applications using React and GraphQL
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
- Design and implement backend services and APIs with a focus on reliability and performance
- Write clean maintainable and well-tested code aligned with best practices
- Conduct code reviews and mentor peers to elevate engineering standards
- Collaborate closely with UX to deliver intuitive high-quality user experiences
- Optimize applications for performance accessibility and SEO
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues ensuring a seamless digital experience
- Stay current with emerging technologies and bring forward innovative ideas
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (or similar role) in a modern web environment
- Strong expertise in React and GraphQL
- Experience building backend services with Express or similar frameworks
- Solid foundation in HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of web performance accessibility and SEO best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Hygraph Vercel or similar headless CMS and hosting platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Experience with analytics tools A/B testing and marketing integrations
