Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Functional Consultant to support utility operations and digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will work with business and IT teams to implement and enhance SAP IS-U solutions for billing customer service and meter-to-cash processes.

Required Skills:
8 years of experience in SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities)
Strong experience in Billing & Invoicing (IS-U Billing)
Knowledge of Device Management and Meter Data Management
Experience with FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable)
Understanding of Customer Service (CS) and CRM integration
Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA Utilities
Ability to create functional specifications and support development teams

Responsibilities:
Analyse business requirements from utility stakeholders
Configure and enhance SAP IS-U modules
Support integration with SAP CRM SAP FI-CA and external systems
Prepare functional documentation test cases and UAT support
Troubleshoot production issues and provide system support
