A CNC Machine Operator is responsible for operating and supporting CNC machines that produce high-precision components. The role involves running multiple machines inspecting parts to tight tolerances following established programs and supporting daily production requirements within a regulated quality-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines in a production environment
Run multiple machines simultaneously
Inspect parts to tight tolerances using precision measuring equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Follow established CNC programs and work instructions
Support production targets while maintaining strict quality standards
Must-Have Qualifications
1 3 years of CNC machining experience in a production environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience using precision measuring tools
Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in regulated or precision manufacturing environments
Experience assisting with machine setups and changeovers

Mazak Focus
Experience with Mazak lathes machining centers 5-axis mills or Integrex machines
Swiss Focus
Experience with Swiss-style lathes such as Star machines

30-day initial training period on first shift regardless of assigned shift
