Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled analytics professional with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) and Power BI to design develop and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions. This individual will build scalable dashboards datasets recipes and lenses that empower the organization with actionable insights and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who can collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-performing analytics assets aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) dashboards datasets lenses and data recipes.
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards reports and data models to support business functions.

• Develop automated analytics workflows and data pipelines to streamline reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Optimize CRM Analytics performance ensuring efficient data processing accuracy and reliability.
• Implement data governance quality checks and best practices across all analytics assets.
• Monitor usage identify trends and continuously enhance dashboards based on stakeholder feedback.
• Troubleshoot data and dashboard issues across Salesforce and Power BI environments.
• Support ongoing analytics initiatives including integration of new datasets and enhancements to existing models.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 5 years of experience in analytics business intelligence or data engineering roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) including:
• Building dashboards datasets recipes and lenses Dataflows and data prep
• SAQL and JSON configuration (preferred)
• Strong proficiency with Power BI including: Power Query DAX Data modeling and transformations
• Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant) Power BI Certification (PL-300 DP-600)
• Hands-on experience with SQL or Python for data manipulation
• Background working with complex datasets or enterprise data environments
• Experience integrating Power BI with additional cloud sources
• Solid understanding of data governance data quality and best practices for scalable analytics.
• Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
