looking for a senior Salesforce Platform Leader (7 years) to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our clients in Saint Louis MO.
Required Skills : * Salesforce certification * 7 years Salesforce experience (architecture admin hands-on) * Led or co-led a greenfield or major Salesforce implementation * Strong expertise in Sales Cloud (required) * Experience with Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud * Proven experience managing System Integrators/consulting partners * Hands-on with Flows security model data model reporting automation * Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems * Strong communication skills; comfortable with executive stakeholders Strongly Preferred Skills: * Experience in manufacturing distribution or field service * Experience with NetSuite Dynamics GP or similar ERP systems * Experience with iPaaS tools: Workato SmartConnect or similar * Experience with data governance reporting and sales enablement * Experience in Food and Beverage industry * Exposure to CPQ Field Service or analytics tools
