Job Summary
- Lead and manage large-scale Human Resource (HR) projects ensuring effective project planning and execution
- Drive project timelines key milestones and maintain strong status updates and planning
- Oversee cross-product dependencies across multiple HR functions (e.g. Benefits Talent Acquisition Health & Wellness Compensation Employee Training Compliance & Safety etc.)
- Ensure comprehensive project governance and that all timelines are met
- Manage project budgets risks and reporting
- Coordinate application build management particularly with HR applications such as Workday
- Capture and document separation-specific business requirements from HR teams
- Collaborate with configuration and integration teams for HR applications
- Partner with payroll finance benefits and legal workstreams to align project deliverables
- Communicate overarching testing plans and ensure alignment with Workday and other HR workstreams
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to leadership teams and the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Take initiative proactively drive processes and ensure accountability across project teams
- Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical industry but not required
- Must have demonstrated experience managing large-scale HR projects and HR application implementation
